BOOKING PROCEDURE

50% of a down payment for booking confirmation and remaining on board (Prior to departure)
One of our sales staff will attend and facilitate you for all of your questions you can mention regarding your Pick and drop, cake, catering (food), decoration, etc.
Once you get the best deal confirmation will be done once you pay.
All chartering has Vat @ 5%, it will be collected from the respective bookings.
ONCE BOOKED PLEASE CONSIDER
As advised by the Dubai Coast Guard, Guests must bring an original passport or Emirates Identity Card at the trip time
Yacht Trips always need Dubai Coast Guard approval (company takes this approval) based on weather conditions.
Dubai Marina Yacht Club is the point for a welcome and goodbye.
IMPORTANT
All charter companies have penalties in main places of Dubai & Related Emirates once breaking the Rules & Regulations of Dubai Coast Guard. If rules are broken by RBC Guests, the right to pass on anyone to the guests if incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the rules set out by the coastguard & enforced by your Captain & Crew.
As per the law, all Guests should bring their original Emirates I.D Or Visa Copy. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License.
Abuse of alcohol & subsequent reckless behavior may result in fines or a termination of the charter.
Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary & issues a weather warning.
Littering of the waters is not tolerated.
For Guest's safety, swimming is not allowed more than three meters from the Yachts / Boats by the Coastguard.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
As per UAE law, Final numbers for guests must be confirmed within 24 hours, prior to departure and guests may not be exceeded from the actual capacity. The number of peoples will be considered either Infant or adult.
Cancellation Policy – Customer Should inform the Authorized Company Staff before 48 Hour’s For Full Refund Amount
Weather Warning/Mechanical Issues – Natural Climate Issues or Mechanical Related Issues will be Noticed Before 24 Hours and Refunded
