As a matter of fact, you did mention about the GPO status issue. Esssentials misread your reply but it is still an issue. So, how could this be resolved? I thought it may have been the or statement so tried or as well as OR grohp nothing seems to work. I suspect it is a problem with the way WordPress displays quote marks, It seems to convert them to speech marks sometimes.
