Revit was working fine until I re-opened it and it crashed on startup. I have restarted it twice and read many articles on what to do and cannot figure out how to fix it. Please help!!!

The error RE: UR 3 would imply that you are installing the wrong one for the existing install you have. What version of Revit are you using exactly? This may resolve the issue you are having if you can get the right UR installed. Is the crash at a particular stage of oepneing Revit or is it when you try to use a tool?
