IMPORTANT All charter companies have penalties in main places of Dubai & Related Emirates once breaking the Rules & Regulations of Dubai Coast Guard. If rules are broken by RBC Guests , the right to pass on any ?ne to the guests if incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the rules set out by the coastguard & enforced by your Captain & Crew.
As per the law, all Guests should bring their original Emirates I.D Or Visa Copy. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License.
Abuse of alcohol & subsequent reckless behavior may result in fines or a termination of the charter. Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary & issues a weather warning. Littering of the waters is not tolerated.
For Guests safety, swimming is not allowed more than three meters from the Yachts / Boats by the Coastguard.

NUMBER OF GUESTS As per UAE law, Final numbers for guests must be confirmed within 24 hours, prior to departure and guests may not be exceeded from the actual capacity. The number of peoples will be consider either Infant or adults.

Once you get the best deal confirmation will be done once you pay.
All chartering have Vat @ 5%, it will be collect from the respective bookings.

ONCE BOOKED PLEASE CONSIDER As advised by the Dubai Coast Guard, Guests must bring original passport or Emirates identity Card at trip time Yacht Trips always need Dubai Coast Guard approval (company takes this approval) based on weather conditions. Dubai Marina Yacht Club is the point for welcome and good bye.
We request guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to trip time. In case, guests arrive late, the time cannot be compensated. All yachts are well retained by good-natured captains and service crew onboard.

PHOTOGRAPHY Remember to carry fully charged camera/mobile as there are numerous worthy sights you love to capture.
Refrain from photographing Arab women and girls unless you request and get permission.
Picturing government buildings or military installations is illegal.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND LIABILITIES If there’s any damages caused to the Yachts or Boats as a direct result of the actions for the client or their guests. The damage and causes of the damage will be notified to the client in writing within 24 hours. A respective contactor will be instructed to provide an official quotation for the repair or replacement of the damaged area. This quote will be forwarded to the client or guest and the amount need to settle within the prior. Any disputed to the damage caused can be registered to the Operations Manager at RBC.
Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is deemed chargeable under damage waiver agreement.
Any ?nes incurred through the local marine authority as a direct action or failure to comply with RBC policies by the lead named charterer or their guests will be chargeable under the damage waiver. No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred by accident, injury, sickness or death.
All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board as per UAE laws.
No Smoking throughout the yachts interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter.
Children below 1 year old are allowed onboard yachts of 42ft plus.


CANCELATIONS & RE-SCHEDULE RBC reserve the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on RBC. Duties
paid shall be refunded in full to the named charterer.Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available.
Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
Cancellation fee retention policy 50% of the booking value retained up to 72hrs prior to the charter time and date.
100% of booking value retained within 72hrs of the booking time and date.Due to bad weather condition or mechanical failure, the chartered program will re-schedule in the next convenient day as per the request.The Charterer has the right to cancel free of listed charges above if any of the following occur;
Weather is deemed unsafe or a warning has been issued by the coastguard.
RBC fail to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.
Cancelations must be con?rmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.
