By Steve Hawkins on January 4, I downloaded them, had my school ID verified and thought that was all I needed to do. Yet now it tells me I have to sign in, yet there is nowhere to sign in, and I cannot even use the product I paid for!

This sucks! I do a lot of graphics in my class and hate to have to “subscribe” to have a good program. This is a brilliant way to use many of the elements available in Photoshop instead of using the program itself. I get everything that I need for my work and at one cost.

Amazon always has the best prize and don’t look around when I need software. I bought this software by mistake. I do not know if I can get a refund to my Visa card?

Please try again later. Elements is less expensive here than ordering it for Adobe. I do now want to spend the monthly fee now with Photoshop but needed a good photo editing program.

I call Adobe to see if they would allow me to load it on both my computers–I had heard mixed reviews about Adobe help but I had a great experience with customer service. Don’t know why but thought I was upgrading from version.

Purchased directly from adobe and after getting code, downloading, and installing, get an error saying both licenses revoked. Called left message, no response. E-mail was better but 2 days and can’t even get me a new code. Since installing, even with the trial they told me to run on, Organizer crashes along with the system.

Built this PC a month ago and has run solid until adobe came along. Got ticked and had to write this after this last crashed screwed up my video card and re-install drivers. Had to convert catalog to newer version and facial recognition has to get done again! What good is having previous data that can’t be used again? This version doesn’t give you a percentage indicator except for a moving magnifying glass. No way to use anything else or ever finish analysis. You’re also not allowed to disable creation startup even though you uncheck it from the settings Don’t know what other bugs are waiting; haven’t even started with Premiere yet.

No new code, refund and stuck with offshore e-mail non-support. The software is top-notch, with no hurdles on applying the serial key. It works on MAC as well as on windows. One person found this helpful. This is easy to use. I have been using it for many years with my photos. You can have your photos automatically adjusted or do it manually. I bought this software specifically to clean up photos taken underwater. It’s easy to use and great for those on a budget.

These are very good software for doing graphics layout , and video editing. Forget about this product. I have been long time user of Adobe products and was excited about upgrading. This is a known issue and I really thought Adobe would quickly fix it but they have not. I also thought I could at least use it on Windows 11, which I have on my Mac using Parallels, until there is a fix for Monterey.

Unfortunately the installer would simply crash. I was not able to get any help from Adobe. I would very much like to use and review the actual product but since I have not gotten that far, I cannot. I debated whether I should give a low rating on a product I haven’t used. But the fact is I could not get it to work on either of the latest operating systems that are prevalent and could not receive help.

That is simply unacceptable for any software. During the past two weeks of struggling with this untested product, I have been using Acorn. I don’t like it as much as my old PE but it does the job.
