We received an new update for Microsoft Teams Version 1. After the new update while we are in a meeting and sharing the screen or presenting the PowerPoint for 70 participants, we realized most of the users had a delay while presenting and the delays varies from users to another, some of them are experiencing 5s to 30s delays others are getting the slide instantly.

This meeting is going every day, the delays are varying, the users who got delays in slide the previous days they may not getting delay the second day. This problem last for almost 10 days since we received the new update end of May and beginning of June. Generally, sharing delay issue in meeting can be more related with network conditions. I recommend you confirm with let presenters as well as impacted participants about their network environment including connections, firewall and antivirus.

If convenient, you may try to change to a better network environment to hold and join meetings and perform sharing for test. In the meantime, you may let all impacted users try to clear caches:. The delay we had it started after we received the update end of May. We did not experience any delay before that on the same network. We tried to login to web app some of the users, the issue exists from the web app there is also delay. We cleared the caches on the computers, where we have teams desktop application installed, clearing teams caches did not solve the issue. We tried to connect to teams through web browser, even through web app is disagreeable. Web browser is even worse. We started a new meeting with internal user, we share the same power point file with them it is almost same result.
